All about shipping and returns
How your package shipping works
Packages are generally sent within 4-5 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and delivery without signature.
If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with signature required, an additional charge will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipping type you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges and postage. Handling charges are fixed, while shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items into one order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The boxes are appropriately large in size and your items are well protected.

Return can be requested within 10 days after receipt of the goods by communicating:
- order number
- bank details (full IBAN)
- description and quantity of the products to be returned in case of partial withdrawal
The holder of the bank account must be the same holder specified in the billing address. The data may be communicated:
- by email to the address: info@ceramichedesimone.com
- via postal dispatch (registered A/R) to Ceramiche De Simone srl, Corso Italia, 157, 95127 - Catania
The shipment should be addressed to: Ceramiche De Simone srl via Messina, 687 - 95126 - Catania
The shipping costs of the returned goods and any customs duties remain entirely the responsibility of the withdrawing buyer. Refunds will be made within 15 days from the date of shipment of the returned merchandise.
It is recommended to pack the goods to be returned with care using the same receiving material (box, bubble wrap, polystyrene shavings). Ceramiche De Simone reserves the right not to accept returned goods if the returned products are damaged.
